Halloween or better Samhain, is a very ancient festival, which has its origin in the time of the Celts, in Northern Europe. Linked to the concept of the cyclical nature of time, this is the traditional passage from autumn to winter, where the perennial return of death and rebirth becomes the main theme. Threshold of this passage, of the limit between life, death and life, Samhain is the open door between the dimensions of time and existence; the guardian of this threshold is Hecate, an ancient goddess who holds the keys.
